Help Our Family Move From California to Arizona

The short version (scroll down for extended story if interested): We have decided it's time to leave California due to the financial strains of living here. In June we will be moving to the Phoenix area. Due to the costly expense of moving and housing deposits, your help could make this difficult move a bit easier for us. Thank you for your support, whether it be financial and/or emotional! Love you all.

The long version: Hey there family and friends! Our time has come to relocate outside of California. Staying here with the cost of rent, childcare, groceries, gas, and more has become unsustainable. We have a very sudden and ambitious goal of making this move by sunmer, so the kids can transfer between school years. However moving is going to be very expensive, between the costs of the actual move, making a deposit on a new place, and changing the state of my nursing license. Plus we promised the kids they could have bunk beds when we move, and maybe get them a dog this year too.

We are working extra shifts to save some money, but this may not be enough. Any help from family and friends could help our dreams come true! We strongly believe moving will help us gain some financial stability, which will allow us to have more family time and experiences together. Rather than just constantly working to get by, we might be able to actually enjoy ourselves and make fun memories. It's also important to us to establish our kids' lives in a more affordable area for their future. I truly believe they would be unable to start a life here someday, so I don't want them to feel tied down and stuck here the same way we have felt.

Any help you are willing to provide would mean the world to us. You could help our family start fresh. We have been talking about this for years, and it's time to make it a reality. We plan to move to Gilbert, an outskirt city near Phoenix, Arizona. We will be able to rent a house nearly twice the size of our apartment for hundreds less per month. Childcare and other expenses are cheaper out there too. This move could help us get to a place of home ownership and/or retirement plans someday. A future that is not obtainable for us in California.
