Hello,

My name is Ashton and I’m 9 years old.I’ve always enjoyed passing out fresh fruit and water to people in my community who was less fortunate than I.It always makes me feel good to be able to help in such a small way. One day I asked my mom if I could help as much people as I could by doing something special for them for the holidays. I brainstormed and came up with Ashton’s Gift Back Giveaway . With the help of my mom,we came up with a list of items that I would want to “gift” someone in need.We bought things like snacks,fruits,items to keep warm and many other items that can be useful during the holiday season.With the help of my big brother,I ended up putting together 50 giftbags. I passed them all out throughout dowtown New Haven on Christmas Eve last year 2021.I am frundraising to get the assistance from anyone willing to donate to this great cause.Every donation will help and no donation is too small.My goal is to help as many people as I can, that’s in need of some items to help make their holidays special.
