Help Ashley Fight Cancer

My name is Sarah, and I’m creating this fundraiser for my sister, Ashley.

Ashley is 39 years old and already a cancer survivor. When she was just 15, she was diagnosed with leukemia and spent years fighting for her life as a patient at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Watching her go through that as her sister was heartbreaking — but she made it. She beat it. And ever since, she’s been an inspiration to all of us who know and love her.

Ashley has the biggest heart of anyone I’ve ever known. She’s the type of person who shows up for everyone else — always putting others before herself, no matter what she’s going through. Whether it’s family, friends, or even strangers, Ashley gives her time, energy, and love freely and without hesitation.

Now, over twenty years after beating childhood cancer, she’s facing a new battle: breast cancer.

She’s preparing for surgery and a long journey of treatment and recovery. Because of the toll this will take on her physically and emotionally, she won’t be able to work for the foreseeable future. It’s a difficult and uncertain time, and she shouldn’t have to carry the weight of financial stress on top of everything else.

I’m asking for help so that Ashley can focus entirely on healing. Any donations will go toward:

• Medical expenses not covered by insurance

• Essential living costs

• Support services during recovery

Ashley has already proven her strength once — and she will again. But this time, she deserves to feel the same kind of care and support she so often gives to others.
