Help get Ash & Kim to Commonwealth Powerlifting Champs!

Kim and Ash have both been invited to represent Team England at the upcoming 2024 Commonwealth Powerlifting Championships in South Africa in October following recent first-place performances at the English Bench Only Championships and English Full Power Championships.

Ash has been working hard to fund his international competitions this year, working 55 hour week, and he has recently competed in the 2024 European Bench Press Championship in Turkey. Kim is still finishing up her Masters Degree and this will be her first international competition since starting the sport around 4 years ago. For many of these years, Ash has been coaching Kim and we have been working together as a couple to support each other’s Powerlifting journeys.

We have both been working hard to reach our goals and so any help towards getting us to South Africa is hugely appreciated! International competitions are entirely self funded by the athletes themselves and therefore any donations will be used towards flights and other travel costs, as well as paying for competition entry.
