EDUCATION FOR SENEGAL
We support the NGO Kassumay in its work for street kids in Senegal. They are currently starting a new project called "Social Vision Projet". Social Vision Projet is an initiative sponsored by the Spanish illustrator DAUD with the aim of improving the living conditions of senegalese kids.
More specifically, we support kids who have suffered from situations of exploitation, abuse and abandonment. We want to contribute to the social and professional integration of these children into Senegalese life by giving them access to education through artistic pedagogy and vocational training.
ART FOR AND BY CHILDREN
This project was launched in November 2020, but will be implemented throughout 2021. A theatre workshop and a performance of the show "Petit bout de bois" by PATRICIA GOMIS for children was held on 17 and 18 November at the MAISON DE LA GARE in St-Louis (Senegal). The show "Petit bout de bois" tells the story of Souleymane and other Talibé children who are deprived of their most basic rights and survive through their creativity. Children who, despite everything, keep the secret hope that their dreams will come true.

Wir unterstützen die NGO Kassumay bei ihrer Arbeit für Straßenkinder im Senegal. Derzeit starten sie ein neues Projekt mit dem Namen "Social Vision Projet". Social Vision Projet ist eine von der Illustratorin DAUD geförderte Initiative mit dem Wunsch, die Lebensbedingungen von Straßenkindern im Senegal zu verbessern.
Genauer gesagt unterstützen wir Kinder, die unter Situationen der Ausbeutung, Misshandlung und Verlassenheit gelitten haben. Wir wollen zur sozialen und beruflichen Integration dieser Kinder in das senegalesische Leben beitragen, indem wir ihnen den Zugang zu Bildung durch künstlerische Pädagogik und berufliche Ausbildung ermöglichen.
KUNST FÜR UND VON KINDERN
Der Start dieses Projekts wird im November 2020 erfolgen, aber es wird bis 2021 umgesetzt. Am 17. und 18. November finden im MAISON DE LA GARE in St-Louis (Senegal) ein Theaterworkshop und eine Aufführung der Show "Petit bout de bois" von PATRICIA GOMIS für die Kinder statt. Die Show "Petit bout de bois" erzählt die Geschichte von Souleymane und anderen Talibé-Kindern, die ihrer grundlegendsten Rechte beraubt sind und durch ihre Kreativität überleben. Kinder, die trotz allem die heimliche Hoffnung bewahren, dass ihre Träume wahr werden.
