Arnav Kanekar's Eagle Project

My name is Arnav Kanekar, and I am currently a Life Scout from Troop 685. I have been in scouting since 5th grade and it has always been my goal to earn the rank of Eagle Scout. I am currently working on my Eagle Scout Project, which is building backpack racks for Los Penasquitos Elementary School. The backpack racks will be used so the children can hang their backpacks on the racks. Previously, with no backpack racks, the kids used to keep their backpacks in small cubbies, and lizards and insects could get into their backpacks. These racks will be useful in keeping the backpacks of the kids clean and safe. The racks will utilize Trex wood and spring rope hooks, which comply with the safety standards set by the school. The racks will be built for multiple. I would really appreciate it if you could donate to my project!
