After being lucky enough to make a small impact on the world, Teddy wanted to use the money raised to make a bigger impact on an issue he witnessed in Brazil. That is why Cavalry decided to fund Teddy’s trip, so that he could use 100% of the GoFundMe donations for the Brazilian nonprofit, Gol De Letra. Teddy will continue to raise money until the end of the World Cup to help this cause.

Over the course of the 2014 World Cup, one face has come to represent the fans of the US Men's National Team – Teddy Goalsevelt. Unfortunately, Teddy is scheduled to return to the States at round 1's conclusion.
We here at Cavalry, the advertising agency where Teddy (Mike D'Amico) works, see him as the team's mascot now. And we don't think we're alone. That's why we want to lead the charge in helping raise funds to keep him in Brazil for the next round. We'll match every dollar you donate up to $2,500.
