Anthony's Rebuilding for House Fire
My name is Anthony Rivera, I recently experienced a devastating event on June 30th 2021, my house caught fire & between the fire itself, the heat and the smoke damage, I lost everything I own, my place to live as well as a home for my dog Roscoe. Luckily we are ok and have a temporary safe place to stay until we figure out something more permanent. I am a Person in long-term Recovery, over 3 years clean and sober and also an Independent Artist and aspiring business owner in Portland OR. So some of the biggest things I had lost was my entire recording studio and smoke damage on all the clothing I had for sell, (how I make most of my money) so I really am starting from scratch with almost nothing but my recovery and passion for doing what I love which is music and selling clothes. I'm so grateful already because things could be worse, I didn't plan on asking for help but a lot of people have been showing real compassion and concern so I'm allowing myself to ask for/receive help in any capacity.
