Angel Has Stroke
Spende geschützt
Heide Parreño, a former Sister of Providence, dedicated herself to helping the poor. At the House of Mercy, she humbly washed the feet of the homeless like Jesus did, providing medical attention as well as spiritual relief. As a nurse practitioner, she took on a caseload of the most chronically homeless. She also volunteered as a hospice nurse.
Tragically, at age 78, she took on too much, and had a stroke which paralyzed the right side of her body. As she struggles to recover from this stroke, the bills pile up. Please help her to pay for (1) a ramp constructed to give access for her wheelchair ($2000), (2) her stay in a rehab center ($5500), and (3) a chair glide to help her use the bathroom on the second floor ($3000).
