Angel fight her Constructive Discharge

Donation protected
Angel worked tirelessly picking up shifts, working overtime, doing our manager's job of rearranging the schedule when people got sick, all in an effort to show she was ready to promote within the company. She spent half a year being strung along until we won our union election and then suddenly no one would help her with next steps for promoting within the company. Angel always advocated for her coworkers and her workplace including participating in the delivery of petitions of demands to our management and speaking up for coworkers when management would put them down. She's been a deeply loved member of our store and was one of the most reliable employees at 410 & Vance Jackson. Watching management manipulate her scheduling, ambush her, refuse to work with her after she got a second job due to slashed hours, and gaslight her about her experiences has been sickening. This all culminated in Angel quitting because she just couldn't make working at Starbucks work anymore. Help Angel make ends meet while we fight to prove her experience was manipulated by a manager who wanted to get yet another union organizer out of the store.
