Cardiff half marathon for The VC Gallery

My aim is to raise £200 for a very worthy charity, The VC Gallery. This charity organisation was set up by my brother in law an Army veteran with 24 years service. The VC Gallery do fantastic work for not only Veterans but also civillians. The charity covers a wide spectrum of help, from supporting people with mental health issues such as PTSD, anxiety, depression. Also helping people get back on their feet if they have fallen on hard times  or for many different reasons. The VC Gallery also offers a safe place for people to come and chat but also gives people the opportunity to express their thoughts and feelings on canvas through the medium of art.  Barry John MBE, founder of the The VC Gallery works tirelessly to make sure every person regardless of their circumstances get the very best help available to them. Extra to this they do fantastic work for the community be it art workshops for  children or breakfast clubs for anybody to come and enjoy a brew.
Any donation given will be greatly appreciated and will go a long way in helping this fantastic charity carry on the great work it is doing in the community of Pembrokeshire south Wales.
