Andre's Bucket List ❤️

Hi, my name is Sam, and I am fundraising for my son, Andre.

At the age of 22, Andre has been diagnosed with Autism, and on top of that, a type of Dementia.

At the moment, he is under the care of Addenbrookes Hospital in Cambridge. They have sent off blood for genome testing, to hopefully find a gene which could of caused this.

I have given up full time work to be Andre's carer, because unfortunately he is no longer able to do everyday things for himself.

The reason for this fundraising, is that Andre has a little bucket list of places he would like to go to and see. Shreks adventure in London, and the Harry Potter studios are just a couple of places. We, as a family, would love to be able do these for him, while he can still remember and is able to enjoy them.
