Ana Patricia Hernandez's medical & funeral expenses

Hello everyone,

My name is Gustavo Sorto. Ana Patricia Hernandez who was an aunt, grandmother, and my loving mother. Unfortunately, my mother unexpectedly passed away due to major health issues, suffered strokes, and severe migraines. God has decided to take her to finally be free of pain and suffering at 11:29 AM when the medical staff disconnected her from the life support system.

My mom was one of the kindest, sweetest, wholehearted soul you would ever meet and always looked out for others.

She's been through so much recently. We are hoping to raise money to help pay for her medical expenses, funeral and burial expenses.
