Amy Grumbein Spinal Surgery

Since she was a teenager, this beautiful woman has had chronic back pain with no end in sight. She is now the mother of two wonderful children, a loving wife, youth pastor and worship leader, and a fierce follower of Christ. I am actually a former member from Amy's youth group and have seen first-hand what she has gone through. She has had multiple paths of treatment, to which none have helped so far. Today, Amy Grumbein has decided to move forward with a new treatment: the spinal cord stimulation surgery. This surgery will give Amy a small device in her spinal cord which sends electronic pulses to stimulate the nerves where there is pain. This does not eliminate the pain Amy is in, but it will mask it so she does not feel anything besides a mild tingling sensation instead. For uninsured patients, the out-of-pocket cost ranges from $15,000 to $50,000. The Grumbeins both work full time in ministry and don't have a huge salary. Although she is insured, Amy still has to pay a deductible fee and it is still questionable whether or not she will have to pay for recovery items, therapy, etc. Our goal is to be able to give this family the gift of not paying for anything regarding this surgery or the recovery.  I am asking donators to help spread this story and link to everyone who could help.
