Amy Appleby's Memorial Walk

Amy Appleby was from the lovely Finger Lakes Region of NY.  She was an employee at Morton Salt, an avid runner, and most importantly a beloved mother to three lovely young women Makayla, Madi, and Maleena, daughter, sister, and friend.  She WAS everyone's best friend. I think that is a good way to describe her since she was her daughters' best friend, her mother's, father's, etc. I know she was extremely special to me these past 4.5 years. On March 27th 2018 Amy passed away suddenly at a family celebration(for her father who is a 9 year lung transplant survivor.) She had complications after an ankle surgery which she had hoped would get her off and literally running again.  She was surrounded by her loved ones and sadly for them she was unable to be resuscitated. She entered glory that day with her Lord and Savior and we all find great comfort in that.  As anyone knows there are so many expenses and these fall on her  two minor aged daughters still living at home. Thankfully Amy raised these girls to be strong, but I would love if we can all help them with some living expenses. I am sure  it seems overwhelming to go from protected and provided for to doing it themselves. Anyone who knows Amy knows she would do just that for any of her loved ones as well.  I always knew she would have my back.  She was listed as an emergency number for MY children.  On June 9th 2018 at 10 am we are having a memorial walk at Mount Morris Dam which all who would like to go are welcome. If anyone would like to donate on behalf of that walk for Amy's minor daughters please do so through this go-fund me, all proceeds go to Amy's daughters age 19 and 16 respectively it will be used to pay off any debt or bills they are struggling with in her absence.  Please share this link as well. James 1:27 says, “Religion that is pure and undefiled before God, the Father, is this: to visit orphans and widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unstained from the world.”
