American Legion Hall Post 42 Needs a New Elevator

Detraibile fiscalmente
After attending a fantastic Bluegrass music concert at the American Legion Post 42 in Evanston, IL earlier this month, I learned the Post is in need of a new elevator to get disabled veterans and seniors safely to the second floor of the building located at 1030 Central Street in Evanston, IL where events are held.

The American Legion has been serving veterans and their families for 103 years. Thanksgiving dinners for veterans, Bluegrass music concerts (open to the public) and Pancake breakfasts are just a few of the many events held at the Legion in Evanston. The elevator lift there has seen better days and requires a complete replacement that will be enclosed and brought up to building code to safely bring guests into the Hall.

Please help me raise the funds necessary to complete this important and badly needed upgrade to assure that our veterans, seniors, and others can safely participate in all the Legion offers!
