E hula mai kākou i 'Eulopa
Aloha Kākou,
I Kumu Paul K. Neves, Kimo Miranda, Kinohi Neves and Namaka DeMello are going on a hula journey to Toggenburg, Switzerland, Kuikilana.
We will be participating in the Klangwelt Festival on May 10 - May 21st.
Please see the link below:

This festival brings together musicians and cultural presenters from all over the world to Johann St Alban in the Alps of Switzerland. We will be presenting Kahiko and 'Auana Hula in concert as well as teaching hula and culture to Swiss and African elementary children over a 10 day period.
The children will present two twenty minute concerts for the village and the public.
We have secured our airfare cost, our housing costs and our meal costs for this festival.
What we need is discretionary funds! Your generosity will help with airport meals, baggage fees, cultural sightseeing and the ability to participate in local offerings. We will be allowed one free day.
"This will be the boys first ever trip to Europe!"
After the Boys leave to return to Hilo on May 21st, I will be going on to the Island of Madeira, Portugal. I will be there on May 23rd - May 28th. This is the home of my Madeiran / Portugese grandparents. It has been on my bucket list for many years. I will be giving about 4 hula workshops there as guests of friends at the Pukiki Bar in Calheta on that island. I am the first of my fathers 15 children to return to Madeira. I would like to be able to enjoy my other "homeland".
My housing and airfare I have covered. Your generosity again would be very appreciated so I may tour and enjoy the Aloha of Madeira.
We believe that your positive thoughts and prayers for us will make our journey a successful and safe experience.
Mahalo nui loa !
