Allsorts Support Services are a registered non-profit Community Interest Company (#11373253) based in Lowestoft, Suffolk providing community support, outreach services, respite, activities and entertainment for children, families and carers - with a focus on ASD, learning disabilities and additional needs support.
We have recently moved into a new building and are keen to realise the exciting plans we have to benefit our service users and the local community - the sooner the better! That's where this Fundraiser comes in.
EVERY £1 MAKES A DIFFERENCE !
Our plans may be big, but donations don't have to be. Every single £1 will be gratefully received and will take us a step closer to what we want to achieve for our service users.
WHAT DO WE NEED ?
Therapy Animals - £1,500
We would like to have therapy animals on site, from an Ant Farm and Giant Snails inside, to adorable Ducks and Chickens in our outside space. These would be cared for on a daily basis by trained members of our team, and would be a wonderfully calming addition for our service users.
IT/Gaming/Homework Room - £4,000
We have a room designated for Computing which will host up to six stations allowing our users and locals who come in to our regular Groups & Activities to use it for completing homework, learn new IT skills and join in with fun Gaming sessions.
Fundraising Expenses - £500
As a non-profit it often costs us money to raise money. This would help cover the cost of things like Allsorts branded banners and posters to help raise awareness of who we are and the wonderful things we do for our service users and the local community, refreshments supplies to sell at our groups tuck-shops, etc.
