Allayia & Edgar's Education Fund

Many of you were fortunate to know Edgar from his many years working at the family restaurant Tannyas Taqueria in Napa. A devoted, light-hearted and joyful person, he was full of life and made everyone feel special.

On the night of May 3 Edgar was killed in a tragic motorcycle accident, leaving behind his precious bambinos Alleyia (13 yo) and Edgar Jr. (11 yo). He was an amazing father and mother, as he was raising them as a single dad. Edgar was devoted to his children, though his work schedule was busy he always made sure the kids were involved in sports, and extracurricular activities at school and they always found time to do things together; camping in the summer, skiing in the winter and spontaneous weekend getaways in CA. He always found a way to give them teachable moments and instilled in them the importance of a well-rounded education.

Allayia and Jr. Have been welcomed into his sister Edith Morell's family with their 3 cousins of similar age.

Respecting Edgar's wishes to give the children a great education, a trust has been set up for them and all your contributions through this account and any additional donations will be held in the trust.
