Summer's (aka Sassy) Vet Care & Rehab

Sassy came to Zoe's House Friday 6/21/14 as a surrender. We suspect that her jaw is dislocated or broken. She is blind in at least one eye and has very limited sight in the other. She may lose one or both. Sassy can not move her jaw to eat or drink, so she is being syringed fed. We do not have a clear story on how this 6-1/2 month old springer/cocker spaniel received these injuries; we just know that she needs the best vet care we can get her to relieve her pain and get her on the road to a happier life. And since she came to us on the first day of Summer, we have given her a new name = Summer! Please give what you can - all money raised will go to her care.
