Albashiry Clinic and Water Well

Al-Bashiri is a small city in Bara province in the west of Sudan. It is densely populated due to its strategic location in Sudan, but, in spite of all of this, it suffers from major problems in basic services such as access to mains water, electricity and healthcare. The scarcity of fuel in the region has exacerbated problems in everyday life and the lack of access to water is one of the most essential things which impacts, in turn, health and the level of healthcare that can be provided in a poor environment. The need for precious fuel is imperative for the operation of the generator which provides electricity for the health centre, thus, logically, this is one of the first places where it was proposed that solar energy system should be installed for the water source (solar pump) and the health centre (solar panels – electricity).
Here is a summary of the current situation at AlBashiry:
The population is estimated about 2,000 including surrounding areas
A dire need for clean water in the area
The current healthcare suffers from abrupt to the electricity resulting in a health crisis
* All donation will be transferred into my account in the US and then will be delivered to our team in Sudan
