Help Support the Virginia Intermont College Reunion and Memorial After the Devastating Fire

Dear Alumni, Faculty, and Friends of VI,

As many of you may know, our beloved campus was recently ravaged by a devastating fire. While the beautiful and historic buildings we called home were already struggling, this tragedy has left many of us feeling heartbroken and devastated. We know our strength lies in coming together as a community.

We need your support to ensure that our upcoming memorial/reunion on May 2-4, 2025 can happen—and that we can come together to enjoy the relationships that made our time at VI unforgettable. The fire may have demolished Main, East, West, and Admin, but it has not diminished the memories we hold dear or the friends we made while at VI.

Bringing Our VI Community Together: The reunion isn’t just about the campus—it’s about reconnecting with old friends, celebrating our Lady on the Hill, and making new memories. Your donation can help fund the gathering and provide necessary resources for all alumni to join us.

Restoring the Heart of Our VI: Your support will go directly toward a Virginia Intermont Memorial at Emory and Henry. This includes preserving pieces of our history and displaying them in a barn to be named after our beloved Intermont.

Preserving Our Legacy: The buildings that shaped our VI experiences are now lost forever. However, you can help ensure that future generations of students can continue to create memories like we did through a scholarship awarded to a deserving Bristol student.
