In late October, our dear friend Jesse was hospitalized and received the heartbreaking diagnosis of congestive heart failure and atrial fibrillation (A-Fib). After several difficult days in the hospital, Jesse was finally able to return home to his family — but soon after, he suffered a stroke, forcing him back into the hospital for more treatment and recovery.

Jesse is a devoted father of three and the sole provider for his family. His health challenges have left him unable to work, and his family is now facing serious financial hardship as they try to keep up with everyday expenses and medical bills while focusing on Jesse’s recovery.

Those who know Jesse know his heart — his kindness, his dedication to his family, and his willingness to help anyone in need. Now, it’s our turn to help him.
