Aid James in His Heart transplant Journey

Hello, my name is James or JD. I've had a lot of health issues and I've fought through them. Now I'm here asking for help. I have to have a heart transplant. As scary as that is, it's even scarier that the insurance I have barely covers anything. When released from the hospital, I was given 16 medications that I had to pay for out of pocket. So, along with the medical bills piling up and the heart surgery coming up, you can say I'm a bit stressed about all of this. I'm asking for help with paying some of this off and to help me just live week to week as I'm unable to work. I have applied for medical assistance, but if you have ever been through something like this, it takes time. Please find it in your heart to share or help out. Either way, thank you. I realize times are tough for everyone out there, but I'm hoping that someone will find it in their heart to help out.
