Galen Stockdale sadly left us much sooner than expected on April 29, 2025 after a courageous cancer battle. He left a hole in our hearts that will never be filled but his friends and family are comforted that he is no longer in pain, passing peacefully with his devoted wife Shondel by his bedside. The almost year and a half battle forced Shondel to take a leave of absence from work to care for Galen full time. His passing has left many bills to take care of so in lieu of flowers we are asking for contributions to help Shondel tie up loose ends and find stable footing as she takes these next brave steps without Galen by her side.

Shondel and Galen built a beautiful blended family together and she is eternally grateful to have his family as her own. Galen also leaves behind his children Christopher, Bryan and Kayla; step children Jacob and Amanda; grandchildren Christopher Jr., Nova, Odin, Kayden, Kinsey, Kamdyn, Kasson, Natalee, Logan and Ella; siblings Kristina and Matthew; and his parents Gaylen and Roberta. Galen joins his son Joseph whom preceded him in death.
