Aid For Rodarious’s Urgent Medical Needs & Recovery

Hello everyone! My name is BriAnna Birks & I’m the wife of Rodarious(Ro), whom this GoFundMe is for (I asked his permission to do this). We are currently a family a 3 and will be a Family of 4 coming this July.

Rodarious’s Story:

A year ago in this exact month, Rodarious was hospitalized after previously being sick once a month prior and we found out he was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease. We were getting his health and kidneys back on the right track to the best function they could be at with all the irreversible damage to them, but then he fell sick again in January of this year with the Flu for 2 weeks. With the constant sickness and symptoms, it completely damaged his kidneys to where his kidneys were no longer functioning (2%). Ro had to get an immediate vascular catheter so he could get dialysis treatment as soon as possible.

Until we can find a donor voluntarily or from the transplant list (which he has not been added too yet), Rodarious will continue to do In-Clinic Dialysis. *We are trying to transition from In-Clinic Dialysis To Home Dialysis, but that surgery for the Arm Fistula is in the works.*

With him being out of work constantly for various appointments & Dr. visits, we have been struggling to make ends meet all around. ALL FUNDS will go towards Rodarious’s past and upcoming medical/surgery/recovery bills. Anything after our goal is reached will helps us financially in regards to past due and upcoming bills (i.e., Rent, Our Son & Future Daughter’s Needs, Groceries).

These new & unexpected lifestyle changes have effected us drastically and we are reaching out to see if anyone is able and willing to help us as we continue this long, yet hopeful journey. Any donation no matter how small or big, is GREATLY APPRECIATED from the bottom of our hearts. ❤️
