Hello, my name is Stephanie and I made this GoFundMe on behalf of my good friend Kevin Lopez. Him and his family had an emergency happen recently. He really needs our help in this moment, here's what happened in his words:

Our apartment was affected by a fire located in the unit above me and my parents the night of July 21. We have 2 cats and a dog, and we're currently staying in a hotel until the foreseeable future. Our entire apartment was flooded with black water and we're trying to salvage whatever possible. A lot of our furniture and home items were destroyed by the flooding due to the fire department putting out the fire. My family was told that we would not be able to move back in for at least a few months. In the time being, we're staying in hotels, but this is not sustainable as we are a working class family with limited savings.

I have lived here all my life and it hurts knowing that we can no longer can return home. I'm so appreciative of Stephanie for helping me set this up and we will appreciate any sort of donations, whether is money, food, or just spreading awareness. Thank you so much for your help <3
