I am sadly posting this in need of all your help. Jim Demopoulos “Chomp” A close friend of the family has lost everything in a fire on June 15, 2025.

He is currently displaced at a friend's house and will be seeking a long-term (year) rental as his home is considered a total loss and will be a complete gut renovation. We're raising funds to help rebuild and find housing again. This has been incredibly hard, and he truly needs our support. Any donation, big or small, will make a difference.
