Aid for displaced Syrians
Beschermde donatie
UPDATE Alsalaamu Alaikum and Ramadan Mubarak inshallah I'm organizing with the help of trusted brothers in Syria an Iftar for orphans, Single mother, and needy displaced families.
We have families that are having bread with tea for Iftar, it's so sad to see this happening while we are here walhamdulilah living a comfortable and secured life. The cost to prepare Iftar meal is $3 USD. So whatever you can help with will be big in the eyes of Allah SWT. May Allah accepts your fasting and deeds during this holy month ameen ya reb alalameen. Walsalamu Alaikum
We've all heard of the displacement of Syrian refugees after the war, many of which are women and children, and we are often asked to send aid to them, not knowing of their real situation. My name is Nofel Mehdy from Montreal, Canada. I have previously traveled twice from Canada to Greece and have seen it all first hand, and I have many harrowing stories to tell. But the thing is, many of these stories stem from a lack of funding towards the simplest of staples and necessities that these individuals need. One such example is of a woman who simply wanted some bread, oil, eggs, sugar, tea, coffee, and potatoes. All of this came to only €17. Now imagine what a small amount like that can do. And imagine what $5000 dollars could do for these individuals. You can be the person that makes a change, the one that allows for them to have a good, solid meal, who allows them to enjoy the simple necessities of life and not feel as though they are missing out on anything in life.
