I am visiting Ghana on the Volunteer in Ghana project. The organization is California based called Volunteering in Ghana, a subsidiary of V.I.L.L.I.A.G.E. Projects.I hope to visit Africa and work with micro businesses and youth in small villiages near Accra. I am raising funds to go on the trip stating August 1, 2015.This trip has been a dream of mine to visit Africa and I have a chance to provide my volunteer services. I have worked with volunteer organizations all of my adult life. This is a way to transfer some skills to others in need.Most of my adult life, I have worked to empower communities. It is difficult to ask for something for myself. The trip will be for
two weeks and when I return, I hope to speak to as many people who will listen to the experiences I have had.The trip is designed to volunteer in the community,something I have done since I was a teenager.
