Stroke Recovery and Treatment for Mum

One week ago on Easter Sunday, our mother, Liane Iaukea, had a massive stroke. She had the surgery to reverse the stroke, and she also had complications after her surgery and had to be resuscitated. We almost lost her and we are extremely grateful for the doctors and nurses at Queens who were able to save her.

Many have asked about her welfare and ways to show support and contribute to her recovery journey. We are starting this gofundme to help with her recovery treatments and medical supplies. Our mum is still unable to have visitors at Queens. We are hopeful she will be moved to a care facility soon, where she can begin to recover enough to go home.
