Funds raised in this campaign will support the research, development and launch of the
Colette Sims Center for Integral Wellness, Economics, Justice and Policy
The purpose of this center will be to support innovative projects, programs and initiatives that lead to health and wellness, collaborative economics, advances in African American entrepreneurship and cutting edge justice policy creation.
Collette was a pioneer for health and wellness in the Tucson African American community but recently passed away due to a COVID-19 related illness. This center will honor her memory by continuing her work.
