My name is John Gilmore, also known as Om Prakash Gilmore, a name I received at Sat Yoga Institute studying spiritual direction. I am raising money to help people enjoy the benefits of my learning at an affordable price. As you have seen at our link, these practices can be valuable to everyone. My mission and dream is to help people become empowered to heal themselves and help their families. I have been accused of under charging in the past because I wanted to provide low cost services. I volunteered for 4 years at a center for people infected and affected with HIV and did Reflexology, Reiki and taught stress reduction until, due to lack of my own finances, I had to leave and work full time.

This funding will help me carry out this mission without having to live in poverty myself. Since I am older now than then, working full time and then doing this work on the side is not an option anymore. My heart is burning to create an organization where spirituality is not only reserved for people with a lot of resources. Just by giving a little bit, we can all make the world a bit better for everyone. And so the funding will be used for scholarships and partial scholarships for treatments people receive from John Gilmore's Healing Hands and Next Step Coaching.
