Johns Heart surgery fund

We all know what a hard working family man that John is. Unfortunately  on March 7.2016. John suffered a massive heart attack and had to have an emergency quadruple bypass. Unfortunately during this time, His beautiful wife Wendy is between jobs so they have no health insurance to cover the costs as John is self employed.
