Help Addison Moore and family fight cancer!

This is my best friend of 32 years and her beautiful family! Their youngest is 6 and his name is Addison! He’s the most beautiful, fun, kind hearted kid I know! Always thinking of others, bright spirited and brave little boy! 2 days ago they got the words that you never want to hear “your little boy has cancer”! He has what’s called a Wilms Tumor that is attached to his right kidney! He will have to go in for surgery in the next few days! They are hopeful that it has not spread but he will have to do a low dose chemo afterwards! The family has no medical insurance and as you can imagine the bills will start pilling up! Any help for this family to be able to stay with their son during this time and help with expenses would be greatly appreciated!
