Mubiru Dog Shelter: Support our Rescue

Hi, I am assisting Mubiru to raise urgent funds to support his dog shelter and help end the cycles of stray and neglected dogs.

Urgent plea!

WE HAVE RUN OUT OF FOOD! PLEASE HELP!

There are so many abandoned, neglected and non spayed dogs that need help. Seeing these dogs inspired me to try to make a change in their lives and solution to the problem of stray, sick and malnourished dogs.

My name means diligent and I knew I had to do something to help these dogs. I created this shelter for 14 of the most urgent dogs. Many more are waiting for help too, but I am limited in what I can do. Without more shelter and continued medical care and food, I can’t help them.

I have built a temporary shelter out of what I could find, which provides some shelter for these dogs and I provide what food I can myself (usually bread, milk and some dry dog food), but I’m really struggling to feed them now.

WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT TO SURVIVE!

I have found a vet to look after these dogs and vet store to purchase food from, but all this costs a lot of money and I now need to ask for help.

Two main missions:

1) I am needing to raise $9500 USD (15000 AUD) to assist in vet consultations, health screening, treatments, desexing, vaccination, specialist food to help with their malnutrition, so they can become healthy and ongoing food support.

2) The urgent care dogs I currently have saved are in a makeshift shelter. I am passionate to build a more permanent shelter for these dogs and as many strays dogs as I can find and look after.

To be able to provide each dog with love, full safety, warmth and save as many of the abandoned dogs as I can. Part of the big problem of strays is also desexing, which the funds will assist.
