As we near the finish line of the application process for our Acacia/Oaks Historic District, we would like to ask your help in covering the fees that are part of the submittal process. For our district of 39 properties, the City of Monrovia requires that an amount of $6,733 accompany the application paperwork.
We have a very special neighborhood with great architecture, quality craftsmanship and an endearing character and it is worth preserving. Your donation will help us in our goal to save this special place by gaining the benefits of historic district status.
