Help Abigail Thrive: With Chromosome 6 Microdeletion

Our sweet Abigail has been diagnosed with an extremely rare condition called chromosome 6 microdeletion. This condition is so unique that even her doctors and specialists are still working to fully understand it. What we do know is that it will likely involve brain, kidney, and cardiac anomalies, and Abigail will face developmental and intellectual delays throughout her life. She will also likely remain very small in stature.

So far, scans have revealed that Abigail has scoliosis and hip dysplasia, and we know there will be many more challenges ahead. To give her the best chance at thriving, she requires frequent travel to out-of-town hospitals for specialized care, therapies, and treatments.

As you can imagine, the costs of gas, food, and accommodations for these trips add up quickly. While we are committed to doing everything we can for Abigail, the financial burden is becoming overwhelming.
