Abe's Guatemala Trip

Hi. I'm Abe Andrews. I'm a senior in high school and have been called to serve on a mission trip to Guatemala. I am raising money to fund a mission trip to Guatemala. The cost of travel is $1,500 dollars. Along with other students and members of Renaissance Church, I will be going to a small village in the mountains called Zacapa from April 2nd to April 8th. Last year, the church teamed up with the Hope of Life foundation to build a water purification system for the village. This year the church teamed up again with Hope of Life to care for orphans and the elderly, plant trees, and build a computer lab and a classroom for the underprivileged students of Santa Rosalia De Marmol. Our hope is that God will use our time in the village to show the love of Christ to those whom we help, as well as giving me a new perspective on the world we are called to love.  Any money that I raise over $1,500 will go towards other students planning to go on the trip.
