Please Help My Dog

My cocker spaniel Chicklets, also affectionately refered to as Chicken, is sick. She hasn’t pooped in days and now refuses to eat, stand or walk. We took her to an emergency vet and they said her vitals are stable but, because the vet was going into emergency surgery, they didn’t have the time to do a full checkup to figure out what’s wrong. We are also in an incredibly tight money situation and cannot afford surgery if it’s needed or expensive medications. We have been treating her for a skin infection for months and have a dermatologist appointment for her set already. Because of the skin infection we have not spayed her or got her up to date on shots because the infection could get into her bloodstream if we break skin. At her last checkup we noticed bums on her mamory glands which the vet said was probably mamory tumor.  We are terrified that it has spread. Please help us afford treatment for her.
