Hello friends, family and anyone who has made it here! My name is Thomas Tsunemoto and this February I will travel to Kenya to spend two months leading conservation projects in and around small village called Maji Moto. These projects will focus on establishing a recycling program to reduce pollution from trash that currently litters towns and villages and threatens native animal habitats. I also will lead a tree planting program in collaboration with local people, to help cut carbon costs in the region as well as preserve threatened tree species and create beauty and shade in the local community. I am asking for help with funding the costs of these projects to be sure they are well established, and ready to continue running well into the future. My goal is to collect $3000, which is about 300,000 Kenyan shillings.
Join me in supporting local efforts to preserve and protect nature.
