My Parents lost EVERYTHING

Hi, I’m Joey Schaefer the son of Joe and Amy. My parents always dreamed of moving to Florida, that dream has now turned into a nightmare after hurricane Ian took everything from them. Their house and ALL of their belongs has been completely destroyed. They just bought the house 7 months ago and were not able to get flood insurance. The storm surge was over 7 feet in their home. Literally everything is destroyed, nothing is salvageable. I’m so grateful they evacuated and are safe but my heart breaks for what they are going through and will have to face. If anyone knows my parents they know they are amazing humans and will help anyone and everyone. I want to be able to do something for them to help rebuild all they have lost.
