Freedom For Cole

My name is Cole and I’m a young trans Male from the East Midlands. I’m currently on a 2.5 year waiting list with the NHS to start my journey of transitioning. However, I have now decided to go privately with the London Trans Clinic due to being tired of having my life on hold. I also feel uncertain due to the way the government is acting during this pandemic towards the trans community.

I understand that there is so much going on right now. There’s a pandemic and my issue is the least of anyone’s problems. I felt so selfish by even considering setting up this go fund me because there are people who need it so much more currently. But I set this go fund me up with no expectation of meeting any immediate goal. I only ask that if any family or friends were going to get me anything for my birthday or Christmas to instead donate a slightl amount of anything into this. 

This pandemic has been financially hard on everyone so I don’t expect to even see any donating for awhile. I’m just setting it up now whilst I’ve got the spare time to do so. 

 I thank anyone who donates or even shares this so deeply. To the people who have been there for me since the start of all of this, I love you so much and you’ve helped to make me the young man that I am today.

I don’t expect any donations right now because of everyone’s current situation. All I ask is that if you were going to get me anything for my birthday or Christmas to instead put it into here whenever you can. I don’t expect a certain amount. My initial consultation costs between 300-500£ and so a little financial help is going to support me so much.
