A Village for Isaac

Donation protected
On November 10, 2021 my sister Victoria birthed a handsome baby boy a month early via emergency c-section due to being sick with Covid and pneumonia. Victoria was transported to the ICU immediately. Isaac stayed in the NICU for one week. When he was ready to be discharged Victoria was still in the ICU. Since her admission she has been on a ventilator twice with a grim prognosis. Prior to her first intubation, Victoria requested a case worker prepare paperwork to appoint me the sole caretaker of Isaac until she is able to safely care for him. Isaac was discharged from the hospital on November 17, 2021, and he has been doing great! This unexpected turn of events have left me unable to work while taking on the financial obligation of a newborn baby. My family has provided many items that have helped with the start of his basic needs. This fundraiser is to help offset the long term costs of Isaac's care. Unfortunately, my sister Victoria is not doing well. Currently, her doctor is hoping to find a bed for her in Peoria, Illinois where she will be hooked up to an ECMO machine as a desperate attempt to save her life. This fundraiser will also help with the costs of family traveling and the housing needed to see Victoria while she is in Peoria. They say it takes a village and we are at a point that we must reach out for help. Anything you can donate will be greatly appreciated. Thank you so very much for your donations and prayers!
