CHRISTMAS HELP FOR FOSTER CHILDREN

Donation protected
Although the Christmas countdown clock has already started, amid the hardships of 2020, the need is greater than ever. “With COVID-19 it has been a rash of kiddos coming into care so making sure these kids have Christmas gifts is really important to us.
Bright Beginnings is asking for your help and be a Santa to 16 foster children that attend daycare with us. A call came in yesterday from one of our foster parents asking if we have room for three more foster children. The answer is always yes. Foster children that attend Bright Beginnings can range from 6 weeks to 5th grade. Majority are under the age of three. These children have experienced major traumatic events in their young lives due to no fault of their own. Because of abuse and/or neglect by adults, they are away from their families, their pets, and their familiar surroundings during this holiday season. Please consider making a donation now to make their Christmas morning a little happier.
Our Foster Parents are amazing. It takes a tremendous amount of courage, faith, and trust for a person to be a foster parent.  Our foster parents provide a safe stable short-term home for children, until they can get a permanent forever home. Foster parents need a village. Be a part of this village this Christmas. Everyone is not called to be a foster parent. We would like to also bless the amazing foster parents of these children. It takes a special person to be a foster parent and we would love to show them the love and support they need.
On Christmas morning 16 foster children and several other children that attend Bright Beginnings of Jefferson will have gifts from Santa, a bag filled with toys, packed with a whole lot of love.
To protect our daycare children from COVID we prefer for funds to be donated through Go Fund Me. Bright Beginnings will purchase toys, clothes, and gift cards for food. Online purchases will be made and picked up at a curbside store. Please note no foster parent has asked for help. If you would like to make a new toy donation, we will have a drop off section at our Christmas light show. The ages of our precious kids are 6 months to 4 years older. We will sort the toys out according to ages and gender.
We will be accepting charitable financial funds until December 21st so there is time to make this a Merry Very Christmas to our sweethearts
