To honor Richard's memory we are hoping to collect some money to go towards Christ Church and the Skiers Trust of Great Britain.

Part of the money raised will go to enhancing the grounds of Christ Church, we would like his love for outdoors and gardening to be reflected locally.

Richard always loved adventure and enjoyed a wide variety of sports, he enjoyed testing himself through his sports and so participated in many charity challenges. One of his favourite passions was skiing, whether he was on the slopes himself or avidly following snow sports such as Ski Sunday or the Winter Olympics. So to honor this we would like to raise funds for the Skier's trust. This charity supports the next generation of British competitors to compete on the world stage, gives opportunities through snow sports to young people with special educational needs or physical disabilities and has various other funds such as helping niche snow sports to get the finance that's needed or aiding the armed forces in expeditions.
