A Queer & Trans MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM

Greetings merry wanderers of the night!

We at Thespihonest Theatre Company are proud to present our THIRD production, William Shakespeare's A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM, with a fully queer and trans cast, led by a queer and trans director. We are seeking your financial support to bring this vision to life and to support young LGBTQ+ theatre makers in the Los Angeles area.

Being one of Shakespeare's most popular plays, A Midsummer Night's Dream is often done in the same way. Our production seeks to expand the way you watch Shakespeare through a radically inclusive vision. Drag queens, acrobatics, and the classic love quadrangle all shine through a talented cast of actors performing Shakespeare's original text.
