A newly young family in need

On the 3rd of October, a precious little girl named Ava Louise was born. Ava was born a beautiful size at 8 pounds 14 ounces of pure perfection. But the unknown was about to happen.
What my brother and sister in law didn’t know is that their 1st born baby girl would come into this world with many medical issues to overcome.
Soon after birth, little Ava couldn’t breath on her own without requiring mechanical intervention to keep her airway open. This resulted in her having to be transferred to Brisbane hospital to undergo further testing to see why she couldn’t breath on her own.
Once my brother and sister in-law arrived after their long journey to Brisbane to find their baby girl had a cyst on the back of her tongue, which was drained. Then to find out after many more test little Ava has vocal cord palsy.
Ava will undergo having a tracheostomy  inserted into her tiny little trachea this week.
The future of whether little Ava will be able to communicate is unknown and if Ava does find her sweet little voice she will have a long road ahead with such things as speech therapy and what ever else gets thrown their way.
We know times are tough with what’s going on around the world but this little family feels their world is upside down and needs our help! Not only does my brother need to go back to work to earn money for his family he wants to be with his little girl and partner for as long as possible by her side while in hospital. Any little bit will help this family in need at this heart breaking time. 

I wouldn’t normally do this, but There comes a time when everyone is in need and now Is the time this little family is in need.
