Ho trovato un bellissimo appartamento storico nel cuore di Assisi, in Italia, e mi piacerebbe davvero dargli una nuova vita. L’immobile si trova nel centro storico, vicino a Piazza San Rufino, con splendide viste su Assisi e sul paesaggio umbro. Al momento l’appartamento non è ancora di mia proprietà. Sto lavorando per riuscire ad acquistarlo e ho creato questa raccolta fondi per contribuire a sostenere l’acquisto, la ristrutturazione e l’arredamento dell’immobile. L’appartamento ha un enorme fascino e un grande potenziale, ma necessita di diversi interventi. Il bagno e la cucina sono datati, gli interni hanno bisogno di essere rinnovati e l’intero spazio merita una ristrutturazione attenta, capace di rispettare il carattere dell’edificio e l’atmosfera di Assisi. Il mio obiettivo è creare una casa calda, elegante e accogliente, preservando lo spirito del centro storico e rendendo allo stesso tempo l’appartamento nuovamente confortevole e funzionale. L’obiettivo della raccolta fondi è di 95.000 €. I fondi raccolti contribuiranno a coprire parte dei costi legati all’acquisto dell’immobile, ai lavori di ristrutturazione, al rifacimento del bagno e della cucina, agli eventuali interventi sugli impianti elettrici e idraulici, all’arredamento, ai letti, all’illuminazione, alle spese professionali e agli imprevisti che possono presentarsi durante il recupero di un immobile storico. Voglio essere completamente trasparente con chiunque scelga di sostenere questo progetto. L’appartamento non è ancora stato acquistato. Ho individuato l’immobile e sto attualmente cercando di portare avanti la sua acquisizione. Si tratta di un progetto immobiliare privato e tutti i contributi sono donazioni volontarie. Una donazione non rappresenta un investimento, un prestito, una quota di proprietà né dà diritto ad alcun eventuale reddito futuro generato dall’immobile. Se le circostanze dovessero cambiare o l’acquisto di questo specifico appartamento non dovesse andare a buon fine, terrò aggiornati i sostenitori in modo trasparente sullo stato del progetto e sull’utilizzo previsto dei fondi raccolti. Ho inoltre intenzione di documentare l’intero percorso, condividendo fotografie, aggiornamenti sui lavori e la trasformazione dell’appartamento passo dopo passo. Assisi è un luogo straordinario. Le sue strade storiche, gli edifici in pietra, i panorami e la sua atmosfera sono arrivati fino a noi perché, generazione dopo generazione, qualcuno ha continuato a prendersene cura. Ciò che mi ha colpito di questo appartamento non è semplicemente l’idea di possedere un immobile, ma la possibilità di dare un nuovo capitolo a una casa che ha bisogno di attenzione in un luogo così speciale. Ogni contributo, che sia di 5 €, 20 €, 50 € o più, può aiutare a rendere questo progetto un po’ più vicino alla realtà. E se non puoi contribuire economicamente, anche semplicemente condividere questa raccolta fondi sarebbe per me molto importante e potrebbe fare davvero la differenza. I have found a beautiful historic apartment in the heart of Assisi, Italy, and I would love to give it a new life.

The property is located in the historic centre, close to Piazza San Rufino, with beautiful views over Assisi and the Umbrian landscape.

At the moment, the apartment is not yet mine. I am currently working toward purchasing it, and I created this fundraiser to help support the acquisition, renovation and furnishing of the property.

The apartment has enormous charm and potential, but it needs significant work. The bathroom and kitchen are dated, the interiors need to be refreshed, and the whole space deserves a careful renovation that respects the character of the building and the atmosphere of Assisi.

My goal is to create a warm, elegant and welcoming home, preserving the spirit of the historic centre while making the apartment comfortable and functional again.

The fundraising goal is €95,000. The funds raised would help cover part of the costs connected with purchasing the property, renovation work, bathroom and kitchen improvements, electrical and plumbing work where necessary, furniture, beds, lighting, professional expenses and the unexpected costs that can arise when restoring an older property.

I want to be completely transparent with everyone who chooses to support this project.

The apartment has not yet been purchased. I have identified the property and I am currently pursuing the possibility of acquiring it. This is a private property project, and all contributions are voluntary donations.

A donation does not represent an investment, loan, ownership share or entitlement to any future income generated by the property.

If circumstances change or the purchase of this particular apartment does not go ahead, I will keep supporters informed and provide transparent updates about the project and the intended use of the funds raised.

I also plan to document the entire journey, sharing photographs, renovation updates and the transformation of the apartment step by step.

Assisi is an extraordinary place. Its historic streets, stone buildings, views and atmosphere have survived because generations of people have continued to care for them.

What attracted me to this apartment was not simply the idea of owning a property, but the possibility of giving a neglected home in such a special place a new chapter.
