I never imagined I would be asking for help like this.

My name is Savannah Rojo. I’m a mother of two young children, and I’ve been their sole provider and primary caregiver since the day they were born. Doing everything on my own.

Every single thing I do is for them their safety, their stability, their sense of home.

I’m currently in a family custody case. I don’t share details, and I’m not here to attack anyone. What I want is fairness. What I need is to protect the life my children know, their routines, their emotional safety, and the stability I’ve worked so hard to give them.

I’ve carried everything on my own for a long time. Going to school to better provide for them. Budgeting. Sacrificing daily. Everyday I show up for them even when I’m exhausted. Thats my job as a mother and I’m blessed to be trusted with it.

Right now, I’m not working because my youngest is still fully dependent on me and doesn’t take a bottle, which means daycare isn’t an option at the moment. At the same time, I’m navigating a legal process that doesn’t slow down just because it’s a hard season.

This is where I’ve hit a wall.

Family court doesn’t see sleepless nights or quiet sacrifices. It doesn’t see the years of consistency or the love poured into raising children. It looks at paperwork, procedure, preparation and representation. And without that representation, the stability and security I’ve built for my children can changed Not because I failed them, but because these things are complex .

That’s why I created this GoFundMe.

I’m not asking to be rescued. I’m asking for legal support so I can stand on equal ground and continue advocating for my children’s best interests. Every dollar goes directly toward legal fees and representation so decisions about my children’s lives are made with care, context, and fairness.

Asking for help like this is humbling. I would rather handle this quietly. But my pride matters far less than protecting my children especially when they’re too young to speak for themselves for what they want or need.
